The Corvin Technology & Science Park is the fifth office building stage of the Corvin Promenade project. The building will be located in the eastern closing block of the Corvin Quarter, right next to the Nokia Tower.
When designing the ’A’ category office building concept, just as in the case of the Nokia Tower, it was taken into consideration that high electrical capacity and double electric feed – providing continuous, uninterrupted operation – is of high importance for technological companies. In the course of former developments we gained experience in building R+D laboratories according to special requests, therefore this is also on offer if requested by the tenants.
