The 6-floor, ’A’ category office building has been designed by Mérték Architectural Studio in consideration of Futureal’s high qualitative standards. The glass surface of the building provides a lot of natural light in the offices, which is of prime importance for the employees’ convenience. A part of the intelligent building operation system is the automated shading technology, which can control the sunshine exposure as necessary. Futureal’s all office buildings, thus also the Advance Tower, are delivered with BREEAM certification as sustainability and environment-conscious approach are more and more becoming a basic market expectation. This internationally recognized certification also goes to show that the building meets the expectations of the 21st century in terms of both energetics and ergonomy, providing an inspiring environment both for creativity and productive work.
